Pork Chops And Potatoes - cooking recipe

8 lean pork chops
6 medium potatoes
2 medium onions
1 c. water
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 c. flour
2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
small amount cooking oil
1/2 stick margarine
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Remove bones from pork chops and cut into bite-size pieces. Toss with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Flour meat and brown in hot oil. Drain well and set aside. Peel potatoes and onions; slice into rounds. Layer potatoes, then onions into baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Dot with margarine. Place meat on top. Mix water and milk together and pour over meat. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
