Low-Fat Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head cabbage, thinly sliced
1/2 lb. carrots, thinly sliced
2 green peppers, diced
2 cucumbers, thinly sliced
1 bunch radishes, thinly sliced
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Slice cabbage; put into a large bowl.
Add carrots, peppers, cucumbers and radishes.
Mix oil, vinegar, sugar, garlic powder and paprika.
Add to vegetables.
Cover and refrigerate.
This will keep for several weeks in fridge.
It is low-fat and low calorie.
