Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. onion slices
    1 1/2 c. celery sticks
    2 c. carrots
    2 c. butter beans
    1 c. green pepper strings
    2 c. tomatoes, remove seeds and cut in pieces
    1 tsp. sugar
    4 Tbsp. oleo
    4 1/2 Tbsp. tapioca
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Put in tightly covered dish.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0 until crisp and colored.
