Artichoke Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichokes
    1 onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    2/3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2/3 c. grated Swiss cheese
    2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Drain
    juice from one jar of artichokes into a skillet. Saute onion
    and garlic in juice.
    Drain second jar;
    discard juice. Chop
    all
    artichokes.
    In a bowl beat eggs; add bread crumbs, oregano,
    Tabasco,
    salt
    and pepper.
    Stir in onion, garlic, artichokes and cheese; mix well.
    Bake in greased 9 x 12-inch pan 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Cut into squares.
    Serve hot.
