Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
    1 oz. vegetable soup mix
    1 lb. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    5 oz. coarsely chopped water chestnuts
    1 1/2 scallions, finely diced
Preparation
    Squeeze spinach in a towel until dry.
    Combine soup mix, sour cream, mayonnaise and spinach; blend well.
    Add water chestnuts and scallions; mix well.
    Refrigerate.
    Serve with vegetable tray or crackers.
