Chinese Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. onions
    2 c. green peppers
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 c. carrots
    meat (optional)
Preparation
    Heat pan.
    Add oil and fry onions and peppers (coarsely chopped) until brown.
    Add carrots and cook until tender.
    Add eggs, stirred slightly, soy sauce and salt.
    Add cooked rice.
