Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. apples, peeled, cored and coarsely chopped
1 c. walnuts
1 c. raisins
chocolate frosting
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a large bowl, beat together the oil and sugar.
Beat in the eggs.
In a separate bowl combine flour, salt, cinnamon and soda.
Add to egg mixture; blend.
Add vanilla and beat together well.
Stir in apples, nuts and raisins.
Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
Bake 50 to 60 minutes until done.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn onto cooling rack to continue cooling.
Frost with chocolate frosting.
