Oven Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Saute onion and garlic in olive oil. Combine all ingredients; mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into meatballs. Place in glass baking pan. Brown for 25 to 30 minutes.
