All-Purpose Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. wine (preferably Cabernet Sauvigon or Chenin Blanc)
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/4 tsp. dried oregano
    1/4 tsp. dried parsley
    1 garlic clove, finely minced
Preparation
    In small bowl, whisk together wine, vinegar and mustard until blended.
    Slowly pour in olive oil, whisking constantly.
    Whisk in oregano, parsley and garlic.
    Use for dressing on mixed greens. Yield:
    3/4 cup.
