Wilted Spinach Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) bag fresh spinach
    2 Tbsp. canola oil
    2 cloves chopped garlic
    1/3 c. raisins
    1/4 c. sunflower seeds or pine nuts
    3 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
Preparation
    Remove stems from spinach leaves with kitchen shears.
    Wash and blot dry.
    In frypan, saute garlic in oil for 1 minute.
    Add spinach and raisins.
    Stir constantly until spinach is barely wilted, about 1 minute 15 seconds.
    Add seeds and vinegar.
    Serve immediately.
    Makes 6 servings.
