Cabbage Cacciatore - cooking recipe
Ingredients

hamburg
onions
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
cabbage
Ragu sauce or your favorite spaghetti sauce
Preparation

In a large skillet or Dutch oven, brown hamburg with onions. Cut cabbage in wedges and add to hamburg and onions.
Pour a large jar of Ragu sauce over cabbage.
Let cook until cabbage is tender. Sprinkle 8 ounces of Mozzarella cheese over cabbage about 10 minutes before serving.
Serve over rice.
