Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes chopped broccoli
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese
    1 tube Ritz crackers
    1 c. butter
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook broccoli as directed.
    Melt cheese, butter and milk in a double broiler.
    Crush crackers.
    Butter sides of a small casserole.
    Alternate in layers:
    broccoli, liquid mixture and crackers.
    Top with cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
