Baked Chicken Reuben - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, boned and halved
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 can sauerkraut, drained
    4 slices Swiss cheese
    1 1/4 c. 1000 Island dressing
    1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Grease 9 x 11-inch pan.
    Place chicken in pan.
    Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.
    Place kraut on chicken.
    Top with cheese.
    Pour dressing over next.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
