Barnie Arnold Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 crust pie shell
6 c. sliced apples
3/4 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Fill pie crust about an inch or two over edge of pie pan with apples.
Mix the sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt; pour over apples.
Dot with butter.
Add top crust and slit for steam.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until crust looks done (golden).
