Jake'S Favorite Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. Crisco
1/2 c. cocoa
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Melt Crisco and cocoa in saucepan or microwave.
In separate bowl, mix eggs, sugar, and vanilla, then pour Crisco and cocoa mixture into the bowl.
Mix at medium speed for 1 minute.
Add flour, baking powder and salt; mix until all ingredients are mixed well.
Pour in greased 9 x 11-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
