Fruit Smoothy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. frozen fruit (mix and match; i.e. strawberry banana), freeze in bite size pieces
1/2 c. plain yogurt
2 Tbsp. sugar (if needed)
whip cream
Preparation

Put fruit in a blender. Add yogurt and blend. If too thick, add a little water (not much) until it reaches the desired thickness. Place in glass and put whip cream on top. This is simple and full of nutrition. Kids love this as a dessert.
