Vegetable Beef Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 beef cubes
1 large onion
2 stalks celery
2 large potatoes
3 large carrots
2 turnips
3 parsnips
1 can whole kernel corn
2 cans mixed vegetables
Preparation

In large pot, brown beef, onions and celery.
When browned, add 1 quart canned tomatoes and salt and pepper to taste.
Cook slowly for 2 hours, then add all vegetables.
Cook an additional hour.
