Cowboy Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 block Velveeta cheese
    1 can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1/2 bottle picante sauce
    milk (enough to melt cheese)
    1/2 sliced bell pepper
    1 lb. browned ground beef
Preparation
    Melt cheese with milk.
    Keep warm in a heated crock-pot. While melting, brown beef.
    When brown, add to cheese in pot.
    Add Ro-Tel tomatoes, bell pepper and picante sauce and stir.
    Serve with your favorite chips or use with noodles for a Mexican casserole with flair.
