Chili Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

22 medium tomatoes
8 small onions
1 green hot pepper or red pepper
2 1/2 c. vinegar
3 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. salt
1/2 box pickling spice tied in cheese cloth
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in large pot; bring to boil.
Simmer 3 hours or until thick.
Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
