1 lb. ground beef, cook and drain well
1 c. chopped celery and onion, sauteed in 1 stick margarine
1 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can sliced mushrooms
salt and pepper to taste
