Spareribs In Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pieces Western style ribs
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
    1 can water
    1 can Hunt's tomato sauce
    4 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 stalk celery, diced
    salt and pepper to taste
    garlic salt
Preparation
    Brown ribs on both sides and drain grease.
    Saute onion, pepper and celery in margarine.
    Mix all remaining ingredients together and put ribs and sauce into a roasting pan.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 1 hour.
    Serve with potatoes.
