Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken cutlets (skinless or boneless breasts)
    vegetable or olive oil
    spaghetti sauce (P. Newman marinara sauce)
    flour
    mushrooms
Preparation
    Dredge chicken in flour. Brown chicken in oil on all sides. Drain on paper towels.
    Put chicken in casserole dish.
    Add sauce and mushrooms. Use enough sauce to cover chicken. Heat in microwave on High for 5 minutes. Then reduce temperature to 50% power and heat for 10 to 15 minutes or heat completely in crock-pot or oven.
