Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 oz. red food color
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cream sugar and oil.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Add vinegar and food color to sugar and egg mixture. Add flour mixture alternately with buttermilk.
    Add vanilla and beat well.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
