Surprise Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (9-inch) pie shells
3 large bananas
1 large can pineapple, crushed
1/2 c. chopped nuts
6 Tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. frozen or flaked coconut
1 large Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix pineapple, sugar and flour.
Cook over low heat until thick.
Let cool.
Sprinkle nuts in baked pie shells.
Add sliced bananas.
Pour pineapple mixture over bananas.
Spread Cool Whip on top.
Sprinkle coconut on top of Cool Whip.
Cool 2 hours before serving.
Makes 2 pies.
