Chocolate Cream Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups scalded milk
    1/3 c. cold milk
    5 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1-1/2 square chocolate
    3 Tbsp. hot water
    3 egg whites
Preparation
    Mix the cornstarch, sugar and salt.
    Add cold milk.
    Stir thoroughly.
    Add to scalded milk.
    Cook in double boiler 8-10 minutes stirring constantly until custard thickens.
    Melt chocolate in hot water.
    Stir until smooth.
    Add to mixture.
    Add stiffly beaten egg whites and vanilla.
