Spanish Style Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    4 bacon slices, chopped
    1 red bell pepper, chopped
    4 eggs, beaten
    freshly ground pepper
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    6 pimento stuffed olives, sliced
    1 large onion, sliced
    2 c. diced cooked potatoes (about 12 oz.)
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. paprika
    salt
    1 tsp. dried leaf marjoram
    1 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Preheat broiler.
    Melt butter or margarine in a large, heavy skillet.
    Add onion and bacon; saute until bacon is crisp and lightly browned.
    Add potatoes and bell pepper; cook 2 minutes.
