Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 (28 oz.) cans imported Roma tomatoes, drained or Progresso tomatoes and sauce mixed (not drained)
    2 Tbsp. fresh basil (or 2 tsp. dried)
    2 Tbsp. fresh oregano (or 2 tsp. dried)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Heat oil in 3-quart saucepan; saute garlic and onion. Process tomatoes in food processor or blender.
    Stir tomatoes and remaining ingredients into the saucepan.
    Heat to boiling; simmer about 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
