Tortellini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    4 garlic cloves, minced
    2 (14 oz.) cans chicken broth
    1 (9 oz.) cheese tortellini
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 (12 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1/2 bunch spinach (steamed)
    1 tsp. basil
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter, add garlic and saute for 2 minutes.
    Stir in broth and tortellini.
    Bring to a boil and reduce heat.
    Mix in grated cheese, season with salt and pepper.
    Simmer until tortellini are tender, about 5 minutes.
    Stir in tomatoes, spinach and basil and simmer 2 minutes.
    Serve.
    Additional cheese may be added.
