Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash
    1 onion, chopped
    1 stick margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pkg. stuffing mix
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion until tender; drain.
    Add remaining ingredients, using only 1/2 of the stuffing mix.
    Put in buttered baking dish and top with remaining stuffing.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
