Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
about 3/4 c. milk
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together.
Add milk all at once, stir to make a soft dough.
Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls into stew (chicken, sauerkraut, etc.).
Cover; cook 12 to 15 minutes without removing the lid.
