Peach Sorbet With Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen unsweetened peach slices
    1/4 c. unsweetened apple juice
    6 slices pineapple, 1/2-inch thick
Preparation
    Place half of the peaches and 2 tablespoons apple juice at a time in food processor.
    Cover and process until smooth.
    Freeze at least 2 hours or until icy.
    Scoop or spoon over pineapple slices.
    If sorbet becomes too firm to scoop, remove from freezer about 1 hour before serving.
    Makes 6 servings at 105 calories per serving.
