Baked Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. coarsely grated carrots
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 Tbsp. butter or oleo
Preparation
-
Place carrots in buttered casserole.
Season with sugar, salt and pepper.
Dot with oleo.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until tender.
