Sour Cream Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. softened butter
    5 chicken breasts, cooked and cut into bite-size pieces
    1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1/4 c. chicken broth
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix crackers and butter.
    Put 1/2 of mixture into bottom of a casserole dish.
    Put chicken on top of mixture.
    Mix soup, sour cream and broth together and season to taste.
    Pour over chicken and top with remaining cracker crumb mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until bubbly inside.
