Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. Wesson oil
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
5 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. chopped dates
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 Tbsp. corn syrup

Preparation

Add first 7 ingredients together.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes. Add remaining ingredients together.
Cook to soft ball.
Pour on cake.
