Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. sliced zucchini
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned croutons
Preparation
    Cook zucchini 5 minutes in boiling water; drain.
    Combine chicken soup, sour cream, onion and carrots.
    Fold in cooked zucchini.
    Combine and mix together the margarine and croutons. Spread half of crouton mix into a 12 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish. Spoon on zucchini mixture.
    Top with the rest of crouton mix. Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Can also add leftover chicken.
