Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hot Italian sausage
10 oz. extra sharp grated cheese
3 c. Bisquick mix
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Shape into small balls.
Freeze on cookie sheet.
Store in plastic bag in freezer until ready to use. To cook, place balls on cookie sheet.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
Serve hot as an appetizer.
