Pistolettes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. ground beef
2 cans cream of mushroom
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 bags pistolette rolls
2 c. cooked Minute rice
1/2 c. onion
1 pkg. steamed broccoli
Preparation

Brown hamburger meat with onion and drain. Cook rice and broccoli in separate dishes. Combine, in skillet, meat, rice, broccoli and cubed Velveeta cheese. Add cream of mushroom soup and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Let cheese melt. Take pistolette rolls and hollow out rolls and stuff with ingredients. Cook rolls as instructed on package.
