Corn Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 (No. 2) can cream-style corn
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. oil
    8 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Can add onion and pepper, if desired.
