Company Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 c. self-rising meal
1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn
Preparation

Beat eggs and add other ingredients.
Pour into hot iron skillet with 2 to 3 tablespoons hot oil covering bottom of skillet.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
