Mahogany Meringue Drops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg whites
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Beat egg whites to soft peaks.
Gradually add sugar, vanilla and salt, beating until stiff.
Fold in pecans.
Drop from teaspoon onto aluminum foil lined cookie sheet.
Bake at 275\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes. Cool thoroughly before removing from foil. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
