Bohemian Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. spareribs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. caraway seed
1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can sauerkraut
1 medium onion, sliced
1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can tomatoes
Preparation

Cut spareribs into individual servings.
Season with salt and pepper.
Mix caraway seed with sauerkraut and place in 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
Arrange onion on top of sauerkraut and pour tomatoes on top.
Place spareribs on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
