Zesty Spinach Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. (9oz.) Seabrook Farms Creamed Spinach
1/4 tsp. summer savory
1/4 tsp. marjoran
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground white pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
4 fresh mint leaves (very finely chopped)
2 Tbsp. very finely chopped scallions
1 qt. buttermilk

Preparation

Cook spinach according to package directions.
Empty bag into a 1 1/2qt. mizing bowl.
Stir in all the seasonings, mint leaves, and scallions while the spinach is still hot.
