Doug'S Authentic Maryland Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 - 6 oz. containers Maine crab meat
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 squirts of mustard
    5/8 c. fresh bread crumbs
    Old Bay Seasoning (to taste)
Preparation
    In a bowl, mix together all ingredients.
    Knead with your hands until mixture stays together.
    Make into patties.
    Spray a baking pan with PAM.
    Broil until golden brown, turning once.
    Do not overcook.
    Makes 6 to 8 crab cakes, depending on size that you prefer.
