Oriental Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1 c. clear, ready to serve chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut green beans
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
    1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed (optional)
Preparation
    Prepare sauce by cooking
    onion with ginger in hot oil. In 1 quart saucepan over
    medium heat cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
    In cup blend
    broth
    and
    soy
    sauce smoothly with cornstarch.
    Add broth
    mixture
    to
    saucepan.
    Cook, stirring constantly until thickened.
