Lemon Cheesecake - cooking recipe

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
1 c. boiling water
dash of lemon juice
30 crushed graham cracker squares
1 stick melted margarine
2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
cinnamon
1 c. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tsp. vanilla
1 large can Pet milk
Preparation

Mix gelatin, boiling water and lemon juice; set aside to cool slightly.
