Nancy Lee'S Broccoli, Cheese And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    2 (1 lb.) pkg. broccoli
    margarine
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans Cheddar cheese soup
    milk
    Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Grease 4-quart casserole, 15 x 10 x 2-inch.
    Put a layer of rice.
    Mix soup with some milk and pour over rice.
    Next layer the cooked broccoli.
    Put remaining rice over the broccoli, then pour the remaining soup mixture.
    Top it all off with slices of Cheddar cheese.
    If necessary, add milk so it will not bake dry. Bake in moderate oven until mixture bubbles and cheese melts.
