Casserole Of Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut into 8 pieces
    4 Tbsp. flour
    4 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. finely chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
    1 1/2 c. chopped canned or fresh tomatoes
    1/4 tsp. oregano, crumbled
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Wash and dry the chicken pieces and lightly dust with flour.
    Heat oil in skillet and quickly brown the chicken pieces.
    Put chicken into casserole with lid; add the remaining ingredients.
    Cover and bake 1 hour.
