Sweet Pickle Chips - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 qt. sliced cukes (1/4-inch thick)
1 qt. vinegar
3 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. mustard seed
1/4 c. sugar
3 1/2 c. vinegar
5 3/4 c. sugar
2 1/4 Tbsp. celery seed
1 Tbsp. allspice
Preparation
-
Heat last 4 ingredients, stirring to dissolve the sugar and bring to a boil.
Pour boiling mixture over hot cukes.
Makes approximately 6 pints.
