Low-Fat Lime Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small can crushed pineapple
1 (3 oz.) pkg. sugar-free lime jello
8 oz. lite Cool Whip
1 lb. low-fat large curd cottage cheese
Preparation

Empty can of pineapple with juice into a saucepan.
Add jello; mix and heat on low until dissolved.
Cool.
Mix in Cool Whip and cottage cheese.
Put mixture into jello mold or bowl; refrigerate until ready to serve.
