Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. granulated sugar
2 Tbsp. melted butter
3 Tbsp. flour
1 lemon
1 c. milk
Preparation

Separate eggs.
Beat egg yolks and add granulated sugar, melted butter, flour and juice of lemon and also use lemon rind (grated).
Add milk and add beaten egg whites.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes in oven at 450\u00b0.
After 10 minutes in oven, reduce heat for rest of the time.
